We were delighted to return to Shared Services & Outsourcing Week Europe, the flagship event for global business services, transformation leaders, and process owners shaping the future of operations. This year’s SSOW theme, centred around AI-enabled service delivery, intelligent operations, digital acceleration and talent-driven transformation, could not have been more aligned with what we bring to the market and solve every day for our customers.
